Glory Tours Travels started out in Shalimar Bagh at Ad- 65 D quite a while ago. It’s mostly just us here figuring out how to get people from one place to another without too much hassle. We spend a lot of time on the phones and looking at maps. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with brochures and notes everywhere. We don't have a big fancy lobby. People usually just call us up or stop by the desk when they need to go somewhere. It’s a local operation. We know the neighborhood well and we know the routes. It’s not always easy keeping everything on schedule, especially with the way traffic is lately, but we do what we can. We've been at this address for a bit now. Most of our days are spent checking bus timings or booking tickets for families. It’s steady work. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to make sure when someone pays for a trip, they actually get there. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in travel that people don't see. We handle that stuff so they don't have to worry about it. If you walk past Shalimar Bagh, you’ll see our small sign. We’re usually inside drinking tea and working through the next set of bookings. That’s pretty much how things go here every day. We just try to keep things moving and make sure no one gets left behind.
