Ginger Group Of Hotels

We are based out of Sarojini Nagar, specifically at H. No-Gi-1052. It’s a Type-3 quarter, so it feels more like a home than a big office building. Being in this part of New Delhi means we are close to the markets and the noise, but our little spot is relatively quiet. We handle things for the Ginger Group from here. It’s mostly paperwork, coordinating between different locations, and making sure the details are right. Living and working in a government colony area like this gives you a different perspective on the city. You see the same neighbors every day and the milkman comes by at the same time every morning. Our team is small here. We don't really do the fancy marketing stuff you see in the big cities. We just focus on the logistics of the hotels. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files to go through, but we make it work. Sometimes we walk over to the market for lunch or just to clear our heads after staring at the computer for too long. It’s a practical setup. We don’t need a glass skyscraper to get our work done. People know where to find us if they need to talk about the bookings or the supplies. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation where we try to stay organized and keep the bosses happy with the numbers. There is always tea on the stove and someone working on a spreadsheet.
