We are located over at B-II/731 in the Ekta Garden Apartments, which is right near the Mother Dairy in I.P. Extension. If you’ve ever walked around Patparganj, you probably know the spot. This place is run by the Sarovar group, but here on the ground, it just feels like our daily workspace. We spend our time managing things, making sure the rooms are okay and the guests are looked after. The apartments nearby give it a very residential feel, so it isn’t like being in a cold commercial district. We see the same faces walking their dogs or going to the dairy every morning. Inside, we deal with the usual stuff like plumbing issues or light bulbs that need changing. It’s a lot of coordination. The lobby area is where we spend most of our time talking to people. Sometimes it gets really quiet, and other times everyone arrives at once and it’s a bit of a scramble. We don't have a fancy script we follow. We just talk to folks like normal people. The building has been here for a while, and it has its quirks, like that one door that always squeaks. We try to keep the place tidy and welcoming. It’s a steady job in a nice part of New Delhi. People come here to stay or eat, and we just try to make sure they have what they need without any big drama. We’ve become a part of the local scenery over the years.
