Galaxy Hotel & Spa

Galaxy Hotel & Spa is located at Be-40 in Shalimar Bagh (West). We are a local spot in Delhi-110088, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while. If you walk past our building, you’ll see it’s a straightforward place. We aren't one of those massive five-star resorts with thousand-man staffs. We are a smaller team, and we handle everything from checking people in to making sure the towels are clean. The streets of Shalimar Bagh can get pretty busy, especially in the evenings, but inside we try to keep things a bit more relaxed. Our lobby isn't huge, and the furniture is just normal stuff that’s comfortable to sit on. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re something we’re not. We just want people to have a place to stay or get a treatment without any unnecessary stress. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s dead quiet, giving us a chance to catch up on cleaning or paperwork. We see a lot of the same faces coming through, which is nice. It makes the work feel more personal. We just focus on the daily chores, making sure the lights are on and the rooms are ready for whoever might show up at the door.
