We are based at D-211 in the Nawada Housing Complex. It’s right near Dwarka Mode in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi. If you’re familiar with the city, you know this part of town is usually quite crowded and full of life. Our office is a simple setup in a residential complex because we didn't see the point in paying for a big glass building. It’s much more comfortable here. We handle a lot of hotel-related stuff and the phones are usually ringing. It’s not always perfectly quiet but it’s real. We have some computers set up and a few chairs for when people come to visit. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or a reception desk. We just want to get the work done and help people find what they need. Most of our days are spent checking lists and making calls. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes but it’s honest work. We have a small crew and everyone pitches in with whatever needs doing. We don't have separate departments for every little thing. If something needs fixing or a customer has a question, whoever is free just takes care of it. It’s a very straightforward way of doing business. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the locals know where to find us. We just keep moving through the pile of work on our desks.
