Frank Hospitalities

This office is tucked away in No. 18A Block 5 of the D.D.A. Flats over in Saraikale Khan. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren’t from around here, but it’s where we run Frank Hospitalities from. We deal with various hospitality needs, mostly focusing on the day-to-day management stuff that comes with the industry. The flat we use is pretty standard for the area, nothing too flashy or corporate-looking. We’ve got a couple of desks, a computer that acts up sometimes, and a lot of paperwork. Sarai Kale Khan is always moving, being so close to the station and all. It can get noisy outside with the traffic and people passing through, but we stay busy inside. Our team is small, just a few of us making sure things get done. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. If someone needs to meet us, they usually just call and we tell them which block to look for. Working out of a residential complex like the D.D.A. flats means we know the neighbors and the local shops. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, so the office is mostly a base for the admin work. It's a simple operation, really. We just show up, handle the bookings or the staff issues, and go home. That's how we've always operated here in Block 5, just keeping it low-key and getting through the daily tasks.
