Our office is located at 64-A on the first floor in Jangpura B, New Delhi. It’s a pretty busy area with a lot of shops and houses all mixed together. To get to us, you just walk up one flight of stairs. The building is a bit older, so the stairs are a little steep, but it’s not too bad. We’ve got a couple of rooms here where we handle all our business. It’s usually a bit cluttered with papers and boxes because we never seem to have enough storage space. There’s a small window in the main room that looks out over the street, so we can see the people going to the market. It gets quite loud with the traffic, but you get used to it after a few days. We have a small table in the corner with a water jug and some tea bags. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so it feels like a second home in some ways. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and someone will probably look up from their computer to say hello. It's a very practical kind of place. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away. In the winter, it gets a bit chilly inside, so we usually have our sweaters on. It’s just a normal, everyday office in a busy part of Delhi.
