Our office is Flag Travel Services Pvt. Ltd and we are located in Binaca House in Shakarpur. We have the Iata and Iato tags, which basically means we are officially recognized for travel stuff in Delhi. Shakarpur is a busy area and we have been in Binaca House for quite some time now. It’s a typical New Delhi office space. We handle a lot of different travel requests every day. Sometimes it's just local stuff, other times it's further away. We have a small group of people working here. It gets noisy with the street sounds coming in, but we like it. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just do our work and go home. People from the area know where Binaca House is, so it's easy to find us. We don't have any fancy posters or a lot of marketing stuff. Just our desks and the phones ringing. We've been through the busy seasons and the slow ones. It’s a bit cramped in the office sometimes when everyone is here. We just try to get the tickets booked and make sure the details are right. It’s just how we do things in Shakarpur. Not much more to say about us. We’ve been around the travel scene in Delhi for a good while. We keep the paperwork in order and try to help anyone who walks through the door looking for a trip.
