We are located at B-B-3, Street Number 3, in West Vinod Nagar. It’s a part of Delhi that most people just live in, and we have our office set up here too. We do travel solutions, which basically means we spend our day sorting out travel problems for people. It’s a lot of clicking through websites and talking to agents on the phone. The office is pretty simple, just some chairs, computers, and a lot of coffee cups. We’ve been in West Vinod Nagar for a while and we know the street pretty well. It gets noisy in the afternoons when the kids come home from school. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of people, just a local team doing our thing. Sometimes the bookings are easy and sometimes they are a total nightmare. We just take it one day at a time. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just show up at the office, answer the emails, and try to make sure nobody gets stranded at an airport far away. It’s a lot of quiet work, just typing away and checking dates and times. Most of our clients are people who have been coming to us for years. It's just a normal way to make a living and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down.
