We spend our time looking up fares and trying to find the right dates for trips. It is a lot of back-and-forth work on the phone and the computer. Sometimes the street outside Rz-A-29 gets very noisy with traffic and horns, but we just keep working through it. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to get things booked. We don't try to sound like a giant global corporation. We are just a local travel shop that helps people get where they need to go. We keep things honest and practical. If a flight is too expensive, we tell them. We just do our best to be helpful and keep the business running smoothly in our part of Delhi.
