We run things from A-703 in Harmony Apartments. It’s a bit different being in a residential building, but it works for us. Sector 23 in Dwarka is a quiet area mostly. People come to us when they are planning to go abroad or need currency changed. We have a few desks set up and plenty of files. It’s not like those big shops in the malls. It feels more like a home office because that’s basically what it is. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the main office or checking rates. Dealing with foreign exchange means you have to be careful with the numbers. One mistake and it’s a big headache for everyone. We try to be precise. Neighbors sometimes pop in just to say hello or ask about a visa for their kids. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the ropes. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we tell people to call before they come up. It’s practical. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just book the tours and handle the money stuff. It’s a steady job and we like the people who live around here. They aren't looking for a show, just a ticket or some dollars. We do our best to get it right the first time every single day.
