Mercury Travels Limited

This office is located in Vasant Kunj, over in Sector A, Pocket A. It’s a nice enough part of town with a bit more green than some other areas. We are in house number 1157. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which is good when we are trying to focus on complicated travel itineraries. The office is basically just a couple of rooms with desks pushed against the walls. We have a lot of books about different countries that we occasionally look through. It’s not a high-pressure sales environment. People usually call us first, and then maybe they drop by to pick up their documents. We have a small table where we keep the printer and the fax machine, though we don't use the fax much anymore. The air feels a bit different out here in Vasant Kunj compared to the middle of the city. We like the pace here. It’s steady. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. If the doorbell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We spend a lot of time on the computer, just like everyone else. Sometimes we take our lunch out on the steps if the weather is okay. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We know our customers by their voices on the phone. It feels more like a small neighborhood shop than a big travel agency, and that suits us just fine.
