First Choice Hotel Reservations

We spend most of our days here at Krishna Appt in Mehrauli answering phones and looking at room availability. It started because people needed help finding a place to stay without the headache. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s a holiday coming up. We know the hotels around here and in other cities too. It's not a huge office, just a few of us sitting with our computers and notebooks. We try to keep track of who has a room left and what the prices are doing. Sometimes the internet is slow or a hotel changes their mind about a booking, and we have to fix it. We've been at 3/602 for a while now. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they stayed somewhere we suggested before. It isn't fancy work. We just look at the lists, make the calls, and send out the confirmations. It gets a bit noisy in the apartment block sometimes but we get through the lists. If a room isn't good, we usually hear about it pretty quick. We just want to make sure the keys are ready when someone shows up at the front desk. That’s pretty much how we spend our hours every week. We don't have a big lobby or anything. Just our desks and a lot of coffee. We write things down on paper a lot because it’s easier than clicking through ten screens. Mehrauli is a busy place, and we fit right in with the rest of the offices here.
