Fhrai Institute Of Hotel Management

Fhrai Institute Of Hotel Management is tucked away in Vikas Puri, New Delhi. We operate out of 107 Antariksha Apartments in the H-3 Block. It’s a residential complex, so it doesn't look like a typical school or university from the outside. You walk through the gates, past the security, and find us in our unit. We use the rooms here to teach people about the hotel industry. It’s a bit of a tight fit sometimes when we have a full group, but it makes for a close-knit environment. There are books everywhere and charts on the walls about kitchen safety and guest relations. We don't have a big campus with a football field. We just have our apartment space where we focus on the practical side of things. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part, except for the usual sounds of an apartment block. Our desks are a bit old, and the chairs don't always match, but the learning still happens every day. We’ve been in Vikas Puri for some time now and like the local feel of it. It’s not flashy, but it’s real. People come here to learn a trade and get ahead, and we do our best to help them with that. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the hospitality world in a very down-to-earth way. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a group of people in an apartment trying to share what they know with the next generation.
