Our office is located on the ground floor of House Number 68 in Rohini Sector 5. If you know the area near Pocket-1 in Block-C, you’ve probably walked right past us. Evercon Ventures is just a small group of us working out of this space in Delhi. We have been here for a bit now, just handling the day-to-day business stuff that comes our way. It’s a typical residential-style setup, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We like it that way because it is easier to just focus on the work without all the extra noise. Sometimes the internet acts up or the tea runs out, but we get things done regardless. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to run these ventures the right way. Most of our time is spent on calls or looking at spreadsheets on our computers. It can get a little quiet in the afternoons, but then things pick up again. Being in Rohini is convenient for us since we all live nearby. We don’t have any fancy lobby or receptionists greeting people. If someone stops by, they just find us at our desks. It’s a practical way to run a business. We keep our costs low and just work on the projects we have in front of us. That’s how it’s been since we started here. We don't worry about being polished; we just worry about getting the work finished every single day.
