Encore Hotels Pvt Ltd is located right on Mall Road in New Delhi, specifically on the first floor above Samrat Bakers. If you know Kingswaycamp, we are just opposite Hakikat Nagar. It’s a very busy part of the city. There’s always traffic and people walking by heading to the bakeries or the shops nearby. Being on the first floor, we get to see all the action from the windows. The office itself is quite small, but it fits everything we need. We spend our days managing the business from this central spot. It can get pretty noisy with the horns honking outside, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't a giant corporate headquarters; we’re just a local team working out of this space. We share the building with other small businesses, so there's always someone to say hello to in the hallway. We don't have a lot of decorative stuff on the walls, just calendars and maps to help us keep track of things. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls downstairs or from Samrat Bakers since they are right there. It’s a convenient place to work. We just focus on the daily chores, making sure the bookings are handled and the staff elsewhere have what they need. It’s honest work in a busy part of Delhi. We don't put on any airs; we just come in, do the work, and head home like everyone else on Mall Road.
