EMBROIDERY INSIGHTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We’ve got our setup on a plot in Khasra Number 38/11/12, right on the ground floor in Kapashera Village. Embroidery Insights Private Limited is basically just a group of us working in this space near the border. Kapashera is a unique place because it feels half like a village and half like an industrial hub, so there’s always a mix of people and trucks moving around. Our ground floor space is practical because we have some heavy embroidery frames and machines that wouldn’t be easy to move upstairs. The floor is concrete, and we keep the doors open mostly to let some air in, though it brings in the dust too. We spend the whole day looking at threads and patterns. It’s detailed work, and sometimes your eyes get tired by four in the afternoon. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you walk in, you’re likely to see someone hunched over a machine or checking a design on a screen. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have tea stains on the coasters and thread clippings on the floor. That’s just the reality of what we do. We like the local vibe here, even if the power goes out sometimes or the road outside gets blocked by a delivery truck. We just get on with the embroidery and try to keep the quality where it needs to be.
