Gokul Residency

Gokul Residency is situated at C 928 in the Palam Extension area. We are near the Pandol Industrial Ved Road, so it is a fairly active part of the neighborhood. This is where we manage things and keep everything running. It’s not a fancy hotel or anything, just a place where people can stay when they are in town. We spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are ready and that things are working like they should. Sometimes a tap leaks or a light goes out, and we have to get someone to fix it right away. It’s a very practical, hands-on kind of business. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most people find us because they need a place to stay in this part of town. The area can be a bit dusty with the industrial road nearby, but we try to keep our spot clean and welcoming. We have a few staff members who help with the cleaning and the front desk. We don't use any complicated systems; we just write things down and make sure we don't double-book rooms. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it has worked for us for years. We just want to provide a decent place for people to rest. There’s always something to do, whether it's changing linens or talking to a guest who just arrived on the bus. It’s just us doing our job.
