We're based in the 110003 area of New Delhi. It’s right in the heart of the city where everything is moving at a hundred miles an hour. Dealing with overseas stuff means our hours are a bit strange sometimes because of the time zones. You might find us in the office late at night or very early in the morning. It’s a lot of emails and checking on shipping containers that are halfway across the ocean. We don't have a big fancy storefront because most of our work happens on the phone or over the computer. Delhi can be a tough place to run a business with all the paperwork and the heat but we’ve stuck with it. There isn't any magic to what we do. It’s just making sure things get from point A to point B without getting stuck at customs for too long. Sometimes the internet goes down or the courier loses a package and we have to spend the whole day fixing it. That’s just part of the job. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to get the products moved and keep our heads down. It’s a small team here and we all do a bit of everything, from packing boxes to filing the taxes. Just an honest day's work in a very busy city.
