Cahitanay Overseas

We have been operating out of Jhilmil Market for quite some time now. Being in Vivek Vihar means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity every day. It gets noisy outside with all the rickshaws and people moving about, but we manage to get our work done. Cahitanay Overseas isn't a giant operation. Most days, it is just us handling the paperwork and making sure the orders for overseas shipments are lined up correctly. The shop is at number 34, which most locals know because we’ve been here so long. We don't have fancy furniture or a big lobby. It’s mostly just desks, some filing cabinets, and the sound of the ceiling fan. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but that's just how things go around here. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the couriers to show up. Our neighbors in the market are mostly friendly, and we often chat with them during lunch breaks. It's a bit crowded in the office when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we make it work. Every morning starts with opening the shutters and cleaning the dust off the desks. The winters are nice because the market cools down, but the summers are tough. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever comes our way. It's a simple way to run things, really. No big secrets to it.
