Our place is down in Khicharipur, specifically at Gali Number 1, Village 224. We are right on the ground floor, which makes it a lot easier for loading and unloading the textile rolls. Being Dupsma Textile India Private Limited, we deal with a lot of fabric, so not having to carry things up stairs is a big relief for everyone’s back. The village area is quite cramped, and the roads can get muddy when the monsoon hits, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. The ground floor stays relatively cool compared to the upper levels, though the humidity can still be a bit much for the cloth. We have stacks of material everywhere, and sometimes it feels like the walls are closing in, but we know where everything is. The neighbors are mostly other small workshops, so there’s a constant hum of sewing machines or people talking in the alleyway. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy out front. Most people find us because they’ve been told where we are. We just keep our heads down and handle the textile business as it comes. It’s a lot of measuring, cutting, and checking the quality before things get packed up. It’s basic, honest work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just a reliable one that people in Khicharipur and beyond can depend on for their fabric needs.
