Dr.Mps Memorial College Of Hotel Management

We are located over at Wz-15, Phase - 2, Om Vihar, which is right in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi. It is a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the students start showing up at Dr.Mps Memorial College Of Hotel Management. This place has been around for a while now. We spend most of our days in the kitchens or the practice rooms. You’ll see people in their white chef coats or suits walking around the halls trying to get their uniform just right. It is not a quiet office by any means. There is always the sound of pots clanking or someone practicing how to set a table properly. The building is tucked into the lanes of Om Vihar, so sometimes it gets a bit crowded outside with all the rickshaws and people heading to the metro. We have a few floors here where all the learning happens. It’s a lot of hands-on work, so things can get a bit messy in the labs, but that is just how it goes when you are learning about food and rooms. Most of us here have been doing this for years, and we just show up, get the work done, and help the younger ones figure out how the hospitality world works. It is a practical kind of life here in 110059. We just keep the doors open and the ovens running every day and try to manage the daily chaos.
