We’ve been here in Uttam Nagar for a while now. Dr. Mps Memorial College Of Hotel Mgmt is a busy spot in Delhi, right around the E-9 area. People come here because they want to learn how hotels actually work. It isn't a fancy place with gold walls or anything, but we have what's needed to get the job done. We teach kids how to cook in big batches, how to manage rooms, and how to handle guests who might be a bit difficult. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit loud and messy, especially when there are a lot of students all trying to use the stove at once. That’s just part of the learning process. We try to keep everything very practical. Students come in every morning, some taking the metro and others walking from nearby. We spend most of our time in the practical rooms rather than just sitting at desks. It's mostly about getting your hands dirty and learning the actual work that happens behind the scenes in a big hotel. No one here is trying to be a big corporate executive right away. We just focus on the basics. The building itself is easy to find if you know this part of Delhi. It’s a local place through and through. Sometimes the schedules change or we have extra cleaning to do on the weekends, but that’s just how it goes here. We don't have a big marketing team writing stuff for us. It's just us teachers and the staff trying to help the kids find a path.
