Dmc Hotels Inc is based out of H 4 in the Vikas Apartments. We are tucked away in the West Enclave area of New Delhi. It’s more of a residential setting than a business hub, which is something we actually prefer. It stays a bit quieter, even though we are still in the middle of a big city. Our office is basically one of the apartment units converted into a workspace. There is a kitchen where we make way too much tea and a balcony where we sometimes take breaks. Everything is managed from here. Front desks or uniforms aren't part of the setup. Most of the time, we’re just in our casual clothes working through spreadsheets and answering emails. The 110034 area is pretty nice, with some trees and families walking around in the evening. Security guards at the gate and the delivery guys who bring our lunch have become familiar faces. It doesn't feel like a cold corporate environment at all. It feels like a home. Running things this way has worked for a while now. Having a big glass office when this works just as well doesn't make much sense. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure everything is in order. It's a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from filing to cleaning up the desks at the end of the day.
