DHIR HOTELS AND RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located over at D-55 in Defence Colony. It’s a pretty quiet and nice neighborhood compared to some other parts of South Delhi. Our office is set up here to manage our various hotel and resort interests. We aren't a massive corporate office with hundreds of employees. It's a smaller, more personal setup. We spend our days coordinating between different properties and making sure things are moving along as they should. Defence Colony is a good spot for us because it’s central and easy for people to find. We don’t really go in for a lot of the flashy marketing stuff you see elsewhere. We prefer to just do the work and let that speak for itself. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times it’s a bit chaotic when something urgent comes up at one of the resorts. That's just how the hotel business goes. We’ve been at this address for a while and we like the pace here. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run a decent business. Most of us here have a lot of years in the hospitality industry, so we’ve seen a bit of everything. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep everything organized. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
