A-28 in Shiv Ram Park Extension is where we handle the travel business. We are right by Nilothi More in New Delhi-110041, which is a busy area with a lot of local commerce. Destination Resorts India is about planning trips, but the office itself is not a vacation spot. It is full of brochures that have seen better days and a few computers that hum all day long. We spend most of our time on the phone talking to hotels or trying to fix booking errors. It is a lot of small details that have to be right. The Nilothi area can be quite loud with all the rickshaws and people outside, so we usually keep the door shut. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and tea because the local shops are a bit of a walk. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with calendars from three years ago still hanging on the walls because we like the pictures. We are not a massive travel agency with a storefront; it is more of a workspace where we get things sorted. People sometimes wander in thinking we sell tickets for the local bus, but we just explain what we do and send them on their way. It is a bit of a mess sometimes with all the papers on the desks, but we know where everything is. We just keep working away at it until the day is done.
