De-mohanco

Our business is in Karol Bagh, right on Desh Bandhu Gupta Road. We are on the first floor of Prehlad Market, occupying units A- 20 and B- 7. It’s a very busy spot. The market is always buzzing with people and noise. De-mohanco is a place where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a bit of a squeeze inside because we have so many samples and documents. We don’t have a big fancy office with a view. It’s just a working space with old desks and filing cabinets. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit of a workout. We know the other folks in the market quite well. We often share tea and talk about the day’s business. We aren't interested in being a corporate giant. We just want to handle our daily tasks and keep things moving. There’s a lot of manual work involved, from checking stocks to organizing deliveries. It’s a hands-on environment. We don't use any marketing jargon here. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out. It’s all part of working in an old market area. We’ve been here for years and we’ve seen the market change. Every morning starts with a fresh pot of tea and a look at the ledger.
