The Rajan

Our business, The Rajan, is located in the Delhi NCR area. Being in such a large region means we spend a lot of time dealing with the usual city stuff like traffic and the heat. We don't have just one small neighborhood feel because we cover a lot of ground across the capital region. It's a busy operation and there is always something that needs to be taken care of. We stay pretty occupied with the daily tasks that come our way. Most of our time is spent making sure everything is moving along as it should. We aren't a corporate giant with thousands of employees. We are just a group of people working together to get the job done. Sometimes things go smoothly and other days we have to deal with delays or mistakes, just like anyone else. Delhi is a fast-moving place and we try to keep up with that pace without losing our heads. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle the logistics of what we do. We don't go in for fancy talk or complicated systems that nobody understands. We just use common sense and hard work to stay on top of things. It can be exhausting during the peak season but we are used to it by now. We’ve been around this area long enough to know how to navigate the challenges. It's just our daily life and we take it one step at a time. Every day brings a new set of phone calls and emails to answer.
