You can find us at D-40 in Defence Colony. It’s a pretty well-known area, and our office has been here for a long time. We work in the export business. This means we spend a lot of our time dealing with shipping schedules, customs papers, and different time zones. It’s not always exciting, but it keeps us busy. The office itself is quite plain. We have the usual desks, some old computers, and stacks of files that probably need sorting. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. People who need us usually know where we are. We like the quiet of Defence Colony compared to some of the busier parts of the city. It’s a good place to focus on the details, which is important in export work. We’ve built up a lot of experience over the years. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the goods move from one place to another without getting stuck. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time, so we know how to work together. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. It’s a simple, steady way of doing things. We don't look for shortcuts; we just do the work as it comes in and try to stay organized. That's our daily routine.
