Dcm Shriram Industries Ltd is located in the Kanchenjunga Building at 18, Barakhamba Road. This is right in the middle of a very busy part of the city. The building is quite tall and has been around for a long time. We are one of the many offices inside. Barakhamba Road is always full of cars and people rushing to get somewhere. Our office is a place where we manage the industrial side of the business. It’s mostly meetings and phone calls throughout the day. The windows in the Kanchenjunga Building give us a view of the street below, which is usually jammed with traffic. We have a lot of history at this address. The furniture in our office is a bit old-fashioned, but it’s sturdy and does the job. We don't have any of those modern open-plan layouts; it's just regular offices and desks. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, so people have to keep sweaters at their desks. Working in such a central location means everything is close by, but it also means it’s never really quiet. We’ve grown used to the hum of the city. Dcm Shriram Industries Ltd has been part of this landscape for years. We don't spend money on fancy lobby displays. We just focus on the work that needs doing every day and stay on top of our schedules as best as we can.
