Dbg Hospitality

Dbg Hospitality is based out of Sector 23 in Dwarka, New Delhi. If you know Dwarka, you know it’s laid out in a lot of different sectors, and we are right in one of the busy ones. Our office isn’t anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s a functional space with some desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and a big map of the area on the wall. We spend most of our time managing our properties and making sure the staff at the different sites have what they need. We aren’t a big, cold corporation. We are just a local team of people who like working in hospitality. We don’t have a list of beliefs or some grand vision we talk about all the time. We just focus on showing up and doing the work. Sometimes things go wrong, like a pipe bursting or a guest being unhappy, and we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy marketing. We just like the fact that we can provide a good place for people to stay. The neighborhood is nice, and we often get our lunch from the small dhabas nearby. It’s a very grounded way to run a business, and it suits us just fine. We have been here for a couple of years now and we've got to know the local shopkeepers quite well too.
