We operate out of a space care of Mr. Harbhajan Singh here in the New Delhi area, with the zip code 110058. It’s a mercantile business, which means we deal with a lot of buying and selling of different goods. We don’t have a big warehouse or a flashy showroom. Most of our work happens over the phone and on the computer. We’ve been working this way for quite a few years now. The office is small and filled with ledgers and receipts. It’s a bit of a mix between Delhi and Haryana here. We keep track of orders and make sure things get delivered to the right people. It’s not complicated, but it takes a lot of time to get all the details right. We aren’t big on advertising ourselves. We mostly work with people we’ve known for a long time.
