All Stars Ecommerce is based at A-107, Gali No. 6 in Trishul Colony, which is part of the Chhawla Extension near Chhawla Village. It’s not a retail shop where you can walk in and browse shelves. It’s more of a hub where we manage our online sales and handle the inventory. We have boxes stacked up in the corners and tape dispensers everywhere. Gali No. 6 is a typical narrow street, so when the courier trucks come to pick up the packages, it can get a little tight out there. We’ve been running this for a while now. It started small and just kept growing. We sell all sorts of things online, mostly stuff people use every day. The work involves a lot of checking screens and making sure the labels are printed right. We aren’t some giant corporation with hundreds of workers. It’s just a handful of us making sure things get shipped out on time. Sometimes we mix up a package, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing the mistake, but that’s life in ecommerce. Chhawla Village is a grounded kind of place to work. We like being in Trishul Colony because it’s familiar. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in the world, we just want to keep the orders moving and make sure the business stays healthy. It’s a lot of manual labor and screen time mixed together. We just focus on keeping the customers happy and the boxes going out the door.
