You can find us over at F-17 in New Palam Vihar Phase-1, Gurgaon. We operate A P Securitas Pvt Ltd from this office, and it is usually a pretty active place. Security is a serious business, but our day-to-day is mostly about managing people and schedules. We have guards who need to be at their posts on time, and there is a lot of coordination involved in making that happen. The office in Gurgaon is where we handle all the hiring and the training and the boring stuff like payroll. It’s a practical environment, nothing too fancy. We have some old desks and plenty of notebooks filled with logs. New Palam Vihar is a growing area, so there is always a lot of construction and new people moving in around us. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people in Haryana who just need someone reliable to watch over their property. Sometimes it's hard to find the right people for the job, but we keep at it. We deal with real-world problems like rain delaying a shift or someone calling in sick at the last minute. We just find a way to make it work. It’s a local business run by people who live right here in the community. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do the work that is needed every single day of the week.
