Atoz Electronic Info Tech Pvt. Ltd. has a few different spots across India. We have people working in Chandigarh, New Delhi, and Dwarka. There’s also an office in Lucknow and some presence in Haryana. It’s a bit spread out. I usually spend my time handling the electronic stuff and the tech support. Most of the work involves computers and fixing things that stop working. We don't have one big central building; it’s more about these different branches. Some days I'm talking to the guys in Delhi, other days it's the Lucknow team. It’s a lot of coordination. We deal with various gadgets and information technology hardware. The rooms are usually full of wires and spare parts. It’s not the cleanest looking place because there’s always something being taken apart. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of people, just a dedicated group in these cities. We use a lot of emails to keep everyone on the same page. Sometimes the internet acts up and that's a problem for an IT company. We just try to solve the issues as they come in. It’s busy work. Each location has its own vibe, but the work is mostly the same. We’ve been doing this for a few years now. It’s just a regular tech job. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything, just desks and equipment. We just get through the daily tickets and hope for the best with the servers. It keeps us on our toes.
