Pahar Ganj is a pretty busy place to work. Our spot is at 4591-4592 on the ground floor. It’s right in Gali Dal Mandi. If you know the area, you know it’s always crowded with people, carts, and rikshaws everywhere. Shora Kothi is the landmark people usually look for when they try to find the lane. We’ve been operating from this corner of Central Delhi for some time. It’s a noisy street, with sound coming in from the front door, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We handle the hotel and tourism stuff from here. It’s not a big corporate building, just a regular ground floor setup in an old part of the city. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because the lanes are so tight and the numbers are confusing, but we manage to get it sorted eventually. 110055 is a postcode with a lot of history. We spend most of our hours here just sorting out travel plans and talking to folks on the phone. It gets very hot in the summer, and the street outside never really sleeps. We don't have any fancy lobby or anything like that for visitors. It’s just a plain office where the actual work gets done. Most days are just a cycle of tea, phone calls, and dealing with whatever comes through the door. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers everywhere, but it’s our space and we are used to the way it works.
