Our place is in Rohini, specifically in Sector-1 at D-503. It's a quiet enough part of Delhi compared to the center, which we actually prefer. Dalmia Resorts is run from this office, though we spend way more time talking about places far away than we do looking at our own walls. The office is tucked away in a residential sector, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate building. We have a few rooms set up with computers, some old printers, and plenty of phones. Most of our day involves talking to people about their holiday plans or managing the bookings for various properties we deal with. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure people have their documents ready. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen the travel industry change quite a bit with all the new websites. We don't try to sugarcoat things; if a place isn't great or if it's fully booked, we just tell people. It's better to be honest than to have someone unhappy later. The staff here is small, and we’ve all worked together for a long time. We usually bring our lunches from home and sit together to eat. It’s a very normal, low-key environment. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. If you’re looking for us, you just have to find the right door in the block.
