Crowne Plaza

Crowne Plaza is located at 17/179 in Subhash Nagar. Being in this part of New Delhi means we are right in the middle of a very lively area. The building has been here for a bit, and it’s a place where people gather for all sorts of reasons. We have rooms for staying over, but also spaces where people host their local events and family get-togethers. The lobby sees a lot of foot traffic every day. We spend a lot of time checking people in and making sure the towels are fresh and the beds are made. It’s a lot of physical work that people don't always see. The kitchen is usually the busiest part of the whole building, with the smell of food wafting through the corridors around dinner time. We have a team that has been here through the hot summers and the busy holiday seasons. It’s not about being a corporate giant; it feels more like a local landmark in Subhash Nagar. We know the regulars who come in just for a cup of coffee or to use the meeting rooms. The carpets might have a few spots here and there, but we keep things clean and functional. We just want to make sure people have a place to sit down and rest. It is a steady, everyday kind of business for us.
