Crowne Plaza Marlow, U.K

Our place is at House Number 983 on Street 9 in Govind Puri, right near the Kalkaji area. It’s a residential building that we use for the work related to the Crowne Plaza in Marlow. It might seem a bit odd to have a UK hotel's back office here in a Delhi house, but that is how it’s set up. The street is quite narrow and parking is always a headache for anyone who visits. Inside, it’s basically just rooms filled with desks and people working on computers. We deal with the administrative side of things and the bookings. The neighbors are mostly families, so you hear kids playing outside during the day. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to restart the router a few times. We drink a lot of tea while we work to keep our energy up. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular house where we handle things for the hotel overseas. The walk from the main road takes a few minutes, and you have to dodge the rickshaws. We’ve set up the equipment in a way that fits the space we have. There’s no big sign on the door, just the house number. It’s a quiet enough place once you get inside and get focused on the tasks. We’ve been here for a bit now and the routine is pretty steady. It’s just us doing our jobs every day without much fuss. There is always someone around to answer the phone if it rings.
