Crowne Plaza Delhi, New Delhi

Our place is located at House No. 2/6 on the Main Road in Babarpur. The area is Shahdara, and it’s a pretty busy part of New Delhi. Crowne Plaza Delhi is what we go by, though the name on the building is Mohanlal Pathak House. It’s a bit of a landmark for people around here. We’ve been running things from this spot for a long time. It’s not the quietest street, what with the traffic and the shops nearby, but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We do the work ourselves, mostly. There's always something that needs fixing or someone asking for directions. We aren't a big polished corporation. It’s more of a family-run feel. We spend our days managing the space and talking to the people who come through the door. Some days the heat is really something, and we just sit near the fan and try to get the paperwork finished. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want to make sure the building is kept up and the business stays steady. It's a lot of small tasks that add up. People know us by now. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still here at the same house on the main road. It's a solid place to be. We just take things one day at a time and do our best.
