Crown Plaza Surya Hotel

We've been operating out of shop number six in the B-2 Market over here in Safdarjung Enclave for a while now. Most people know this part of New Delhi as a busy spot, and our little corner is no different. Rana Kaushal’s name is on the paperwork, but we are just here day in and day out keeping things running at Crown Plaza Surya Hotel. It gets pretty loud outside with all the traffic and people coming through the market, especially in the afternoons. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We handle the bookings and the phone calls right from this desk. Sometimes the power flickers, or the internet slows down, but that’s just how it goes in this neighborhood. We try to keep things simple for anyone who stops by. You can find us easily enough if you look for the shops near the main enclave entrance. It’s a practical setup, nothing fancy. We spend a lot of time organizing things and making sure the schedules are right. The tea stall nearby is where we usually end up when things get a bit too hectic inside. It’s just a normal workplace where we get the job done. If you are walking through the B-2 market area, you'll see us. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, with new shops opening and old ones closing down, but we are still here at shop six.
