You can find us at 2 / 3 Double Storey on the first floor in Jangpura Extension. New Delhi is a crowded place, but Jangpura has its own feel. Country Road Hospitality Pvt Ltd is run by a few of us who have been in the food and housing business for a long time. We work out of this first-floor office. It’s mostly desks, files, and a lot of phone calls. We spend our time coordinating with different properties and making sure things are running the way they should. It’s not always smooth; sometimes a pipe leaks or a supplier is late with the vegetables, and we have to fix it. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporate office. We just wear regular clothes and talk to our staff like normal people. There is usually a pot of tea going in the corner. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes work that people don't see. It’s about making sure the guests at the places we manage are okay. We’ve lived in Delhi long enough to know how to get things done quickly. The office gets a bit dusty with the windows open, but that’s just how it is here. We like being in the Double Storey area because it’s easy for people to find us. We just keep our heads down and get the work done without making a big fuss about it.
