Country Club India Pvt Ktd is based in New Delhi 110064 and we have been operating out of this area for quite a while now. It’s an office where we spend most of our time dealing with memberships and people who want to book a holiday for their families. We have a lot of desks and phones that stay busy from morning until evening. It’s not always easy because people have high expectations for their vacations and we have to make sure all the details are right. Sometimes there is a mix-up with a booking and we have to spend the whole afternoon on the phone trying to fix it. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office just the basic stuff we need to get through the day. The team here is pretty tight and we’ve been working together for a long time. We know how the system works and we try to explain it to the members without using too many big words. Delhi can be a tough place to work because of the heat and the traffic but we make it into the office every day. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream. We are just here to handle the admin work and make sure the club keeps running like it’s supposed to. It’s a lot of repetitive work but someone has to do it to keep things organized for the members.
