We are located at U-35, Street No. 3, in the U-Block of Subhash Park. It’s right in the middle of Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110 059. This part of Delhi is always crowded and noisy, but that’s just the way we like it. Convergys India Services Pvt Ltd operates out of this building, and it’s a fairly straightforward setup. We have different floors for different things, mostly people on computers and phones all day long. The street is narrow, so parking is always a headache for anyone who drives in. Most of the staff just uses the metro or the local rickshaws. It gets quite hot in the summers, so the AC is always running full blast to keep everyone comfortable enough to focus. We don't really do anything fancy here. It’s just a place where the work gets done. You’ll see people heading out for lunch to the local spots nearby or grabbing a snack at the corner. There’s a lot of energy in Uttam Nagar, and we are just a small part of it. We’ve been in this street for a good while. Some of the neighbors know us by now. It isn't a high-rise glass building or anything like that, just a regular Delhi office block where everyone is busy with their own thing. We try to stay focused and keep the operations running without too much fuss.
