Commi(1) Of Taj Palace ,New Delhi

I work as a Commi(1) of Taj Palace, New Delhi, and this is where things happen at 482, 483 Janta Flat in G.T.B. Enclave, Delhi-110093. This place is my home base. G.T.B. Enclave is a pretty standard residential area in East Delhi, full of Janta flats and local shops. Being a Commi means I am usually tied up with food prep and kitchen work. It’s a tough job but I enjoy the routine of it. The area around the flats is always bustling with neighbors and the sounds of the city. I spend a lot of my time traveling between here and the hotel. This address is where I rest and handle my personal business. It’s a simple living space, not a commercial office. There are always kids playing outside and people chatting near the stairwells. Life in the G.T.B. Enclave is very grounded and real. You won’t find any corporate polish here. It’s just me and my family living a normal life while I pursue my career in the kitchen at Taj Palace. Sometimes I bring work home in my head, thinking about recipes or how the shift went. It is a long commute sometimes, but this is home. People in the flats mostly know each other. It’s a community where everyone is just trying to earn a living and get by. My work in the city is busy, but life at the flat is where I reset.
