We are located at Flat Number 11 on the second floor of Jindal House, which is A-162 in Katwaria Sarai. It’s right behind the IIT area, so there are always a lot of students and people walking around the lanes outside. Finding the place can be a little tricky if it’s your first time, as the stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow and steep. We spend our days talking to people about their vacation plans and trying to figure out which resort has space available. It gets quite busy, especially around the holidays when everyone wants to go away at the same time. The office itself is quite simple, with desks pushed together and plenty of stacks of brochures that we probably need to organize better. We hear the sounds of the street and the local vendors all day long. Sometimes we take our lunch breaks late because someone walked in right at noon with a lot of questions. It isn’t a corporate skyscraper or anything like that, just a flat that we’ve turned into our workspace. We drink a lot of water because it gets stuffy, and we try to keep the computers running even when the power fluctuates. Dealing with holiday bookings means there is always something to update on the system. It’s a lot of coordination, but we’ve been doing it here for quite some time now.
