Our office is tucked away on the first floor of W Z -31 in Nagli Village. It’s pretty close to Janakpuri B-1, so it’s easy enough for most folks in New Delhi to find us if they know the neighborhood. We spend our days here talking about travel and holidays, though the office itself is just a regular workspace. It’s not like being on a resort, but we make do with what we have. The village vibe is still there even though we are part of a big name like Club Mahindra. We have some chairs, some computers, and a lot of paperwork. People come in to ask about their trips or sort out their memberships. We try to keep things moving without making a big fuss about it. It’s a local branch, so things are a bit more relaxed than the big corporate offices downtown. We know the local shops nearby and usually grab lunch from the small spots around Nagli. It’s a 110058 postcode area, and we’ve been here long enough to feel like part of the scenery. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the street noise outside. We don’t have a big lobby or anything. Just come up the stairs and you’ll find us working. It’s just us here, trying to help people figure out their next break from work while we’re right here doing ours. We have a small kettle in the corner and a stack of brochures.
