Classic Hotels & Resorts operates out of a small office at R-264, on the second floor of Street No 11 in Ramesh Park. If you have ever been to Laxmi Nagar, you know how packed and energetic it is. Our building is right in the middle of all that East Delhi chaos. We spend our days on the second floor handling bookings and talking to people about their travel plans. The street outside is usually full of bikes and people walking to the metro. Our office isn't very large, and it's filled with files and old calendars. We don't have a fancy lobby or a lot of space for people to wait, so it's a very hands-on environment. Usually, the fan is humming and there's a lot of noise coming from the street below. We aren't some big corporate chain with a huge budget; we are just a local team trying to keep the schedules straight. Sometimes we get a lot of phone calls at once and things feel a bit frantic, but we just take them one by one. Being in Laxmi Nagar means we are close to everything, which is nice, even if the traffic is a headache. We have been at this Ramesh Park address for some time now, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It's just a regular office doing regular work for people who need a place to stay.
