Clarion Collection, The Qutab Hotel, New Delhi

We are set up in the Radhey Complex right in the middle of the Readymade Market in Ward 5, Mehrauli. It’s a historical part of New Delhi, and honestly, the energy around here is something else. Working at The Qutab Hotel means being surrounded by old monuments and a very busy local market. Our office is at 501/1-4, where we handle the day-to-day operations for the Clarion Collection. It’s not just about luxury or anything like that; it’s about managing a property in a very crowded, lively area. We deal with a lot of paperwork and guest services from this location. The market outside is always loud with people buying clothes and shouting, which we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We aren't trying to sound like a big corporate entity. We are just a team of people trying to keep everything running smoothly in this old part of the city. There are always challenges, like parking or navigating the narrow lanes, but we make it work. Most of us have been here for years and we know the regulars who pass by the complex. It’s a practical job. We focus on the rooms and the people staying in them. Mehrauli has its own pace, and we just follow along with it every day. It's a bit dusty and loud sometimes, but that is the charm of being in this specific corner of Delhi.
