Clarion Collection Qutab Hotel & Apartments

Our building is at C-1/245 in the Yamuna Vihar area of Delhi. If you know the neighborhood, you know it can get pretty busy with people moving around all day. We have a mix of hotel rooms and some apartments for those staying longer. We aren't one of those fancy places with a gold-plated lobby, but we keep things clean and functional. It’s just a local business run by people who live nearby. We deal with the daily stuff like changing sheets and making sure the water is hot. Sometimes the traffic outside is a real mess, but inside it’s usually calm enough. We see a lot of folks coming in for family things or maybe some work in this part of Delhi. The pin code here is 110053. We’ve been at this for a while now, so we know most of the regulars. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure everything works like it should. If a lightbulb goes out, we fix it. If the floor needs mopping, we do it. It’s a very hands-on way to run a place. People seem to like that it’s not all fake and polished. We just offer a place to stay that is fair and honest. You get a key, a bed, and a bit of peace. That’s really all there is to it at our spot in Yamuna Vihar. We're here every day.
